Chauffeur-driven, from the first call to the last drop.
Stonebridge Chauffeur plans airport transfers, corporate movements and wedding journeys around the itinerary in front of you — vehicle, timing and driver confirmed in writing.
How a Stonebridge journey runs
Every booking is quoted against the real timetable: pickup, drop-off, luggage and the traffic that actually sits between them.
Quoted against the itinerary
Send the times and the addresses. The quote comes back with a vehicle class and the drive time we are planning for.
One coordinator on the booking
The same person owns your journey from the quote to the final drop, and answers when a flight or a schedule moves.
Confirmed in writing
Driver, vehicle class and pickup window are confirmed before the day, not on the morning of the journey.
What we are asked for most
Four kinds of journey make up most of the calendar.
Airport transfers
Arrivals and departures met at the terminal, with the luggage considered before the vehicle.
Corporate movements
Roadshows, partner dinners and client visits across one itinerary and several vehicles.
Weddings
Ceremony and reception timings built around the bridge, the venue access and the photographs.
Group movement
Coaches and multiple vehicles for parties that need to arrive together.
“They planned the timing around our photographer without being asked, and both vehicles were waiting early.”
Before you book
How far ahead should we book?
For a wedding or a group movement, as soon as the date is fixed. Single transfers are usually fine within a week, though early mornings go first.
Can you hold a vehicle past the scheduled finish?
Yes, and it is worth arranging in advance. A held vehicle is charged by the hour and stays with your booking rather than being released.
What happens if a flight is delayed?
The coordinator tracks the arrival and moves the pickup. Tell us the flight number when you book and there is nothing further to do.
Send the itinerary, get a clear quote.
Times, addresses and how many passengers. We will come back with the vehicle and the plan.
