Before you write
Do you sign NDAs before hearing a pitch?
No, and no reputable studio does — it would make it impossible to work on anything adjacent later. We do treat every pitch as confidential until you tell us otherwise.
Can I license a Nightjar episode for teaching?
Classroom and library use is free and needs no permission. Anything commercial, or any re-cut, goes through the licensing option in the form above.
How long until I hear back?
Two weeks, including the answer you do not want. If a pitch is a maybe we will say that rather than leave it open.
